01What is Poketic?+
Poketic is an independent cross-platform Pokémon MMO fan project. It combines a persistent shared world, catching, trading and competitive battles with VR interaction, real-time action combat and a connected Gen 1 recomp journey.
02Does Poketic include Red's Gen 1 recomp journey?+
Yes. Red's classic journey through Kanto is a major part of Poketic, rebuilt inside the wider MMO experience. It is a big pillar of the game, but not its entire identity: the persistent online world, cross-platform Pokémon collection and action systems extend far beyond the recomp route.
03What are the Metin-inspired systems?+
Poketic mixes in a skill and aura system, real-time sword and follower combat, Metin Stones with enemy waves, Energy Crystals and equipment upgrading from +0 to +9. These systems sit alongside the classic Pokémon catching and team-battle loop.
04Which versions can I download?+
There are three downloads: Meta Quest Standalone, Android for phones and Windows for PC. The Windows client supports both standard desktop play and PC VR, so you do not need two separate Windows versions.
05Do my Pokémon stay available on every platform?+
Yes. Your owned Pokémon and progress are stored as one connected account. Use the same roster on Quest, Android and Windows, including standard PC and PC VR play.
